Vice President of Human Resources
Jim Dass is the Vice President of Human Resources at Perennial Services Group, where he leads the company’s people strategy with a focus on scalable systems, leadership development, and building an inclusive, high-performance culture. He is responsible for aligning HR capabilities with PSG’s growth and operational goals across the organization.
Jim brings more than 25 years of HR leadership experience across the hospitality, manufacturing, technology, and mining sectors. Prior to joining PSG, he served as Vice President of Human Resources at Arch Amenities Group, a wellness management company supporting over 400 sites and 3,500 employees. Earlier in his career, Jim held HR leadership roles with Allied Signal, Chemtura, and Ciner Resources. He has led enterprise-wide initiatives including executive compensation redesigns, long-term incentive strategies, talent development programs, and proactive recruiting models that significantly improved engagement and retention.
Jim earned his bachelor’s degree in organizational psychology from the University of Rochester and his MBA from Clark University. He also completed advanced HR studies at the University of Michigan and is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
Originally from Rochester, NY, Jim’s first job was bagging groceries at Wegmans, where he mastered both the art of double‑bagging and pushing carts through the snow. He now lives in Alpharetta, Georgia with his wife and three children. Outside of work, he enjoys playing backyard soccer with his daughter, strumming his way through guitar practice, and cheering on his beloved Buffalo Bills.
