Kevin Halbert is the President of Green East where he leads a diverse network of partner brands and supports them in their mission to deliver exceptional client service and sustainable growth.

Prior to joining Perennial, Kevin was the President & Owner of Winkler Tree & Lawn Care, a Chicago area service provider that ultimately partnered with Perennial. He is a Certified Arborist and currently serves on the Illinois Arborist Association Board of Directors.

Kevin began his professional career in 1998 in the United States Marine Corps. Prior to Winkler he spent 8 years as a strategy and operations consultant with Bain & Company.

Kevin’s academic background includes undergraduate degrees in finance and economics from Miami University and an MBA from Northwestern University. He’s an Ohio native, but long-term resident of the Chicago area where lives with his wife and four children.
