Austin Hall is the Chief Operating Officer at Perennial Services Group and responsible for providing operational leadership and strategic direction across PSG, ensuring the company’s leadership approach, organizational structure, systems and processes, and talent development support Perennial’s long-term goals.

Prior to joining Perennial, Austin was the President & Owner of Greenwise, a Chicagoland and Milwaukee-based organic lawn care and sustainable landscape business that ultimately partnered with Perennial. Prior to acquiring and leading Greenwise, Austin worked in the private equity and financial services industries with Madison Dearborn Partners and Goldman, Sachs & Company.
Austin earned bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Spanish from Indiana University and earned an MBA from Harvard Business School. He resides in the Chicagoland area with his wife and three sons.
