Jeff is responsible for supporting Perennial’s West market partners, where he focuses on sustaining strong track records of organic growth and continuing to drive operational improvements. Prior to PSG, Jeff grew up in the green industry and was the second-generation owner / operator of Neils Lunceford Inc. 

Jeff graduated suma cum laude from Colorado State University with a degree in Construction Management and leverages deep experience from the field and business operations in his role with Perennial.
