Jon Allen is the CEO of Perennial Services Group.   He is responsible for setting vision, attracting and developing talent, driving organic growth, and growing our Partner network across the country.

 

Prior to Perennial,  Jon spent over 15 years as an entrepreneur, advisor, and investor.  Most recently, Jon worked as a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group.   He began his career as an investor at UBS and Hoplite Capital Management in New York.  Jon received his MBA from The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania and his undergraduate from the University of Pittsburgh.

 

Jon’s first green industry experience was as the cofounder of a residential focused landscape maintenance company serving Pittsburgh suburbs.

 

Jon lives in Pittsburgh with his wife and two sons.
